You will learn the whys behind the strategies so that you can discover what works best for you in a variety of situations. We can customize both the content and delivery of the content to meet your needs. Whether you need recorded videos, live sessions (in person or remote) or a combination, we can do it!
Implement Sessions
All sessions will be application-based. They are not lectures but rather strategy sessions. Participants will actively practice ways to reduce stress and increase positivity. Knowing the information is not enough. We must practice.

Reflect on Next Steps
What worked? What needs to have continued practice? What was discovered that should have a follow up? We will discuss how we can continue to help you learn, practice, and therefore live happier, more successful lives.

I am passionate about using my experience and expertise to help more people handle everyday stress and anxiety, as well as increase their overall wellbeing. I have had the honor of creating and teaching multiple curricula for students and adults and now would like to help you.
